REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)

You are responsible for paying for shipping costs associated with returning your item. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a tracking service or insuring your shipment. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

RECTIFICATION OF INFORMATION COLLECTED

Your request for rectification must be made in writing by a person providing proof of identity and be addressed to the person responsible for the protection of personal information. The latter can assist you if necessary.

PRIVACY INCIDENT
Le Cubicule has implemented a protocol for managing a confidentiality incident, which identifies the people who assist the person responsible for the protection of personal information and which provides for the concrete actions that must be taken in the event of an incident. This protocol provides in particular the responsibilities expected at each stage of incident management, including the measures to be taken to ensure data security.
Le Cubicule undertakes to take reasonable measures to reduce the risk of harm being caused and to prevent new incidents of the same nature from occurring if it has reason to believe that a confidentiality incident involving personal information has occurred.
